The hotel offered complimentary coffee and tea. I particularly enjoyed the chess and draughts available in the lounge. Its proximity to a supermarket, Albert Heijn, was convenient. Leaving luggage after checkout was possible due to a late flight. I appreciate the quiet room, great for restful nights.
The absence of an elevator was slightly inconvenient, especially with luggage.

The staff was very friendly and helpful . Breakfast each morning offered various options including fruits, cereals, meats, and pastries. I enjoyed the hotel's location, steps away from a tram stop.
The staircase is narrow, making it difficult to carry heavy bags.

Acceptable, but some issues
small room outdated bathroom
The staff were nice and knowledgeable about local transportation routes.
The room was small. The beds felt very tightly squished. The bathroom was also quite small and outdated, not ideal. Carrying heavy suitcases up the narrow staircase was DIFFICULT.

The room was quite small and the furniture seemed dated. A bedside light was also broken. I reported it but there was no repair .
